Who We Are
By providing professional service to our customers and stakeholders.
By supporting our employees in ways that strengthen individual talents, build character, and nurture families.
By Investing in our community, while providing a beneficial return to our stakeholders.
The story of Eleven Talents began in 2003, when Jared Hollinger and Kiely Sindelar met to discuss merging their individual companies. As business competitors, they wondered if one plus one might actually equal something greater than two. Convinced that the sum is greater than its parts, they combined their talents and Homebuyers Incorporated was born.
Later that year, H & S Partnership was created to warehouse their growing portfolio of rental properties. Recognizing the value of offering strategic loans, Guardian Property Services was formed in 2007. Guardian Tax Partners was established in 2012 as a vehicle for future growth and expansion of the residential real estate market. Building on the premise that one plus one is greater than two, Sower Capital Management was founded to leverage the robust, expansive experience and collective expertise of the group in order to pursue opportunities at the next level.
From our humble beginnings, we recognize and acknowledge that all we have, and all we are, is from the hand of God. We have labored to be good stewards of the talents entrusted to our care and understand that to those who have been given much, even more is expected. We know that talents must be used wisely, honorably, and generously. With that in mind, we hold ourselves accountable to our families, customers, employees, vendors, investors, and ultimately, the One who trusted us.
“His master said to him, ‘Well done, good and trustworthy servant; you have shown you are trustworthy in small things; I will trust you with greater; come and join in your master’s happiness….So now, take the talent from him and give it to the man who has the ten talents’” (Matthew 25:23,28)
